We pass the yeast together with a teaspoon of sugar, until it becomes liquid. We leave it in a warm place for about 10 minutes, until it doubles in volume. When it becomes sticky, add the soft butter. We continue to knead the dough until it becomes elastic. 5. Grate the carrots on a grater.

6. Cut the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle it quickly with lemon juice (so that it does not oxidize).

7. Cut the peppers and leeks into very thin sticks.

8. Mix the cheese with the Shiitake mushrooms.
