RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate cookies:
Butter at room temperature rub with sugar then add eggs one at a time and rub after each. Add the essence and flour that has been mixed with baking powder and cocoa. We also put the chocolate and wrap the composition in food foil and then we put it in the fridge for 2 hours. We form balls and bake them for 10 minutes. They are tender, crunchy and delicious.
