The other day I was full of ideas, as if I didn't know what to prepare, something for the morning! I remembered that I had seen these muffins at Diana's, I looked at what I had in the fridge and I made them too! I made small changes to the ingredients and these goodies came out, which are quite consistent, suitable even for festive meals! You can use another fish, the olives can be black, green or you like.   • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 250 gr yogurt
  • 100 gr black olives
  • 150 gr tuna, drained from its own juice
  • 5 tablespoons boiled peas
  • 200 gr of flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cherry tomatoes (I used frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer muffins with tuna and olives:

Mix eggs with salt and pepper. Add the oil, yogurt and mix well. Sift the flour, gradually incorporate it, together with the baking powder. Cut the olives into slices. Chop the tuna with a fork. In the above composition, add the tuna, then the olives and peas. Prepare a tray of muffins, place the papers. Put composition, but do not fill them more than 3/4. Place a cherry tomato on top of each muffin. Put the muffins in the hot oven at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When they are ready and brown, take them out of the oven, let them cool a bit, then you can serve. I got 13 muffins from this composition. Good appetite!
